Snowy Shield Lurkers - No Red Eco

BurkeMaverick discovered that getting the shield lurkers out of the camera frame will reset their "surprised" animation so they perform it next time they see you. This surprised animation provides a time window where the shield lurkers are able to be killed without red eco. This cell can now be worked into the current Low Eco route.

Works on Flut Flut as well.
